This page explains what RozTube (operated by RozTube Media Ltd) stores in your browser when you visit roztube.com. The short version: only what the site needs to work, and nothing that follows you around the web.
What we store
RozTube uses local storage in your browser for a handful of preferences. None of these values is sent to our servers.

When you sign in to the administrative area (staff only), a session cookie is set to keep you logged in. It is strictly necessary, marked secure and HTTP-only, and expires when the session ends.
No third-party tracking by default
RozTube does not load advertising networks, social-media pixels, embedded trackers or fingerprinting scripts. We do not use cookies to build profiles or to follow you across other websites.
Optional analytics
We may enable a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand which pages are read. It is off unless you allow it: analytics scripts only load after you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you choose "Essential only", or never answer, no analytics runs. Any analytics we enable is configured to respect "Do Not Track", not to use cross-site identifiers and not to share data with advertisers. We will update this page if the tool we use changes.
The consent banner
On your first visit a small notice appears in the corner of the page. It offers two choices:
- Accept stores the value "all" under roztube-consent and allows optional analytics to load.
- Essential only stores the value "essential" under roztube-consent and keeps analytics off.
Once you have chosen, the banner does not appear again on that browser. Either choice keeps the theme and player preferences working, because they are essential to the site.
How to change or clear your choice
To change your mind, clear the site data for roztube.com in your browser. Local storage and cookies are removed together, the banner appears again on your next visit and you can choose afresh. In most browsers this is under Settings → Privacy → Site data (or Cookies and site data), where you can search for roztube.com and remove it. You can also use your browser's private or incognito mode, which discards everything when the window closes.
Blocking storage entirely is fine: the site still works, it just forgets your theme and volume between visits and shows the banner each time.
